Déesse Pro Stockist Agreement & Trading Information

Kiara Cosmetics Ltd is the authorised Wholesaler of Déesse Pro to the professional beauty industry within New Zealand.

SALE OF “Déesse Pro” BRAND

The Stockist:

May supply Déesse Pro devices to their customers.
Must operate from a brick-and-mortar location and shall not sell Déesse Pro online without prior written permission from Kiara Cosmetics.
Shall not sub-distribute to other stockists, agents, or retail outlets.
Shall not, directly or indirectly, sub-distribute Déesse Pro products to any third-party platforms, agents, or retail outlets outside of New Zealand.
Shall not exhibit or sell Déesse Pro devices at flea-markets, Trade Me, social media marketplaces, sidewalk sales, or from any area outside the stockist’s registered trading address (including website address) without prior written permission from Kiara Cosmetics.

The Wholesaler (Kiara Cosmetics Ltd):

Shall provide the Stockist with appropriate training material and ongoing support.
Will supply approved graphics, logos, and text for use on the Stockist’s website or social media upon request.
Shall provide the Stockist with a price list including recommended retail prices (RRP), inclusive of GST.

Payments may be made via online banking, debit card, or credit card.

Debit/credit card payments incur a 2.85% fee. Card details are not retained.
For faster processing, stockists may send proof of payment to orders@kiaracosmetics.co.nz.
Once payment is received, a Xero invoice will be issued for accounting records.

First orders should be placed via email: sales@kiaracosmetics.co.nz.
Ongoing orders may be placed via email (orders@kiaracosmetics.co.nz) or phone (09 415 0544).
Cash accounts: invoices/quotes will be sent and require pre-payment before dispatch.
20th-of-month accounts: invoices are due on the 20th of the following month. Statements are issued on the 1st of each month.

Orders are processed once payment is received.
Standard shipping via Courier Post. Delivery times vary by location; rural and South Island addresses may take longer.
Free national shipping applies to orders over $1,000 + GST. Orders under $250 + GST incur a $5 + GST handling fee.
Stockists are responsible for checking all deliveries. Any discrepancies must be reported within three (3) business days to orders@kiaracosmetics.co.nz.
Drop-shipping directly to customers is not available. Stockists are responsible for individual customer orders.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
If faulty, damaged, or not as described, Kiara Cosmetics will repair, replace, or refund the product. Reasonable return shipping costs will be covered.

Change of Mind

Returns accepted at Kiara Cosmetics’ discretion if:
- Items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Item is returned within 14 days at the Stockist’s cost using a tracked courier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Déesse Pro devices include a 24-month warranty under normal use.
EOS-X by Déesse Pro (professional-only LED device) includes a 36-month warranty.
Warranty excludes: misuse, accident, alteration, unauthorised servicing, incorrect power supply, or use with unauthorised accessories.
This warranty is in addition to rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Kiara Cosmetics is responsible for protecting the Déesse Pro brand in New Zealand.
All social media, website, and marketing material must meet Déesse Pro brand standards.
Stockists must:
- Use the full brand name “Déesse Pro” in all communications.
- Not alter official brand logos, product images, or supplied content.
- Obtain written approval for all advertising or promotional use of Déesse Pro branding.
- Not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims under the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ).

Kiara Cosmetics will provide stockists with approved imagery and captions.
Influencer-generated content may not be used without explicit permission.
Stockists are encouraged to tag:

Kiara Cosmetics accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from the use of Déesse Pro devices except as required by New Zealand law.

As a condition of approval and ongoing partnership, all stockists must:

Abide by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Provide truthful and accurate product information to customers.
Ensure staff are adequately trained in the correct use and aftercare of Déesse Pro devices.
Maintain professional standards of customer service and business practice.
Use only approved Déesse Pro promotional material supplied by Kiara Cosmetics.
Not alter, misrepresent, or make false claims about the products.
Not sell outside New Zealand without written authorisation.
Protect customer privacy and comply with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) when handling customer information.
